Can you imagine the love and faith of the friends of this paralyzed man? They are committed to carrying him to the Healer(Jesus) and when they couldn’t get close enough to Jesus they came up with a new plan and delivered their friend to Jesus. Compare this to the scribes present, looking for reasons not to believe in Jesus, upset with what Jesus says and does.  While all were amazed some still would not believe.
