Meditation: John
Imagine your family has been doing something for years and someone tells you they know that job better than you. Through parable and metaphor, Jesus often reveals God’s truths in ways that confuse the crowd and Jesus’s own followers. It is only with explanations that we understand  Jesus is talking about the followers that God would call and the sacrifice that Jesus would willingly give for His church.
