How often do we see deep depression immediately after a huge success or victory? Elijah had just vanquished over 400 prophets and priests of Baal and embarrassed King Ahab. The next day he ran away after hearing the threats that Queen Jezebel made on his life. Do you think this was due to a loss of faith and trust in God or in himself? Here we also see God’s love and support when we are at our lowest.
