What would you do if suddenly you were in the presence of true righteousness? Would you be in dread and instantly convicted of your own unrighteousness? Isaiah fears for his own death but is saved by someone else’s action. Through this Isaiah is called to be God’s mouthpiece or voice to his people and prophecy about the messiah 700 years before He came.
