What makes us right with God? The Galatians were being told that their status required faith/belief plus adherence to other rules and laws. Paul points out that Abraham and the other patriarchs relied on their belief in their God and that the Mosaic Laws weren’t given for 400 more years. We’ll see that the law isn’t the problem but mankind’s inability to live by it.
