Psalm: 41

Meditation: Zech
Zechariah echoes the book of Obadiah here, pointing out God’s love and preservation for His people. Although He allowed their 70 year exile and punishment at the hands of their neighbors, He still cares for them. God’s displeasure with the neighboring countries’ zeal at punishing the descendants of Jacob would be evident in the destruction those neighboring nations would face.
