Psalm: 31

Meditation: Haggai
The first commandment tells us what our first priority and responsibility should be. Here the Jewish people, after the destruction of Jerusalem, had lost focus and maybe interest  in the law and Temple of God. Haggai reminds them why what little they have achieved seemed hollow. Through these messages the leaders and the people would dedicate themselves to rebuilding God’s temple.
