How would it feel to receive a message of hope from the Lord in your darkest hour? Most of these people would not live to see the fulfillment of this prophecy. Like Abraham, Issac, and Jacob, they were to look and believe in a time and place for their descendants. They are also warned against the evil of false prophets and seers that would draw them away from God.
