Do you ever feel you would have liked to live at a time when God interacted directly with people and nations? Elijah pronounces God’s message then calls down fire twice, killing over one hundred soldiers but resists doing it a third time because of the faith and supplication of their leader. God tells Elijah to go with the spared soldiers and gives God’s message to the King himself.
