Psalm: 83
Meditation: Luke
From the beginning, Jesus could see through the outward beauty or veneer of mankind and the various rich leaders of His time. He keeps pointing out that their “righteous” acts and gifts were used as a means to an end. Instead of their acts coming from hearts filled with love and devotion, they came from hearts filled with greed and self-righteousness.
