Psalm: 62

Meditation:
Deuteronomy: Finish this line: “I have decided to follow ___.”
In Exodus, Deut. 6, and in this passage in Deut. 30, Moses reminds the Israelites what God expects of those who belong to him. “Continue to choose life,” he implores, knowing what snares and other paths will entice people away. The penalties for failure are made clear, and yet time and time again the same cycles of conviction, belief, and falling away continue.
