Psalm: 10

Meditation

Revelation: This passage makes me want to be a martyr (witness); look at what they’re doing in glory. The mark of the martyr is an “all in” commitment to Christ – to be able to offer up one’s life for Him yields exactly what Jesus said, “No greater love.” Some of this imagery here parallels the vision of Daniel in chapter 7 of his prophecy. The majesty displayed here must be beyond awe-inspiring, “…but as it is written, eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him.” (1 Cor. 2:9)

Gospel:

Luke 10:1-16
