Revelation: I cannot pretend to explain the descriptions of horses and riders here. I know this that since this is a word of prophecy, it would be unwise (i.e., stupid) to treat these images as literal. If prophesies were “letter-perfect”, they would cease to be prophesies but rater newspapers (and those also are on the way out). I think the point is that humanity is overrun with evil and God patience has (finally) worn out.
