Psalm: 58

Meditation Galatians:

I am persuaded that Paul may not have been an ingratiating person. All through his walks in Asia Minor and later through Macedonia, the overarching theme is that Paul was an “in your face” kind of fellow, a rabble rouser, as it were. This section of Galatians opens with Paul telling us that he spent 15 days with Peter; in the following paragraph he is in Peter’s face. These events are very much related to Paul’s subject: Judiazers. As the Scripture says elsewhere that if one wants to follow the Law, he must keep it all for to fail in one is to fail in all. (James 2:10)

Gospel: Matthew 13:53-58

New Testament: Galatians 1:18-2:10

Old Testament: Eccles. 2:16-26
