Meditation – Ecclesiasticus: Isn’t it remarkable that governments get anything done! What is described here is pretty much with which we are saddled today. There are ever so many rungs (on that ladder of success?) one must climb and on each rung is someone higher who has his hand out to be paid off by his underlings. As stated at the outset, rather a
paraphrase of it: the more things change the more they remain the same.
