Meditation: Mark – Why does Jesus insist that people not spread the word that he is the Son of God? He wasn’t hiding his ability to heal the sick and cast out demons. He wasn’t doing miracles while hiding in a dark corner so people couldn’t see him or what he was doing. What would have happened if Jesus had encouraged people that he healed or that saw him heal talk about him?
