Meditation: Hebrews – The covenant found in the Old Testament was based on rules meant to separate Israel from the surrounding nations and cultures. These regulations included not braiding or beading their hair and not wearing clothing made from mixed fibers. The New Testament covenant focused on creating a single Israel out of all nations, connected together through the blood of Jesus.
