Psalm 20

Meditation: Hebrews – Somewhere along the line, our culture decided that rest equals laziness. Haw you ever been physically or mentally exhausted but couldn’t allow yourself to rest because there’s something else you could be doing? This is not God’s plan for us. God commanded us to rest because our bodies, which God created, need rest. Even if you feel pressure to keep going, remember that God’s commands trump social pressure.
