Isaiah: This is an OT version of what the restored earth will be like. Sounds like the vision John had in Revelation of the restored earth. Isaiah lived about 700-800 years before John but what each was shown was remarkably similar In viewing prophesy, it is important to remember that most of it is delivered in poetic verse (as in this case) and should be received as an artist’s conception describing the indescribable as Paul did in 1 Corinthians 2:9.
