Meditation
1 Corinthians: Paul goes through some redundant imagery to describe the diversity of the parts that make up the whole (body). The philosophical expression: “The whole is greater than the sum of its parts…”, is apt for the body. All these parts are interconnected because if you, for instance, get a headache (or worse, a migraine) every part of your body expresses its sympathy. No one part is supreme all the time.
