Meditation

Acts: Here Paul gives a summary of how he has been treated at the hands of the Jews. They had brought him before civil authorities and charged him with religious offenses. The civil authorities could find no reason to hold him but that he had appealed to Caesar. This was according the plan, i.e., to get the gospel into Caesar’s house. Paul, at this point, under house arrest – no bars and no chains. The inspired writer, Luke, stops writing but the story continues….
