Meditation

Mark: There is a recurring theme throughout this passage: insanity. As we begin, we see that shortly after Jesus chooses his 12 Apostles, that His family had thought “He was out of His mind.” (v. 2:13) Next the teachers of the law think Jesus is possessed of a demon (crazy) whereupon He reminds them if a house is divided against itself, it cannot stand. The chilling passage next is that of the infamous “sin against the Holy Spirit”.
