Isaiah: One of Isaiah’s missions was to evangelize Judah, i.e., remind them that the people of God were to be a blessing to the whole world. Isaiah was called by God that He would make him a light to the Gentiles “that you (Isaiah) may bring my salvation to the ends of the earth. This sounds very much as what Jesus said while commissioning His disciples “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations.” (Matt. 28:19)
