Meditation
Ephesians: There are a number of tantalizing rabbit holes to run down, so I’ll stick with something a little more innocuous: “…because the days are evil”. (v 16) Not much has changed, I see, since Paul’s day. There are some who subscribe to a “progressive” theology “which purports that man actually improves over time” (as a genus). If that be the case, then we should be perfect by now. Anyone care to challenge that? As I said above, not much has changed for the better since Paul’s day.
