Meditation
1 Thessalonians: The heading in the NIV Bible labels tis section “The Day of the Lord”. While not part of the inspired word of God, it is an apt description. Paul may have been opening a can of worms here because he will expand on this theme in 2 Thessalonians to clear up some questions. The crux of what he says is that the Day of the Lord will come suddenly to all but the believers. Since we are children of light in a dark world, our job is to wait with hope.
