Luke: As I write this, Pastor Hall is beginning a long sermon series on discipleship (June-October 2019). This passage sums t up. Put succinctly, it is “all or nothing”. “You are not your own, you were bought with a price.” (1 Cor. 6:19-20) So to be a disciple we surrender our rights and privileges – set them all aside for the sake of Jesus who gave His life that we may live.
