Psalms: 100, 101, 108

Acts: This is yet another rendering of Paul’s conversion on the now famous “Road to Damascus” as related in chapter 9. There seem to be more details here in that the Lord will continue to show Paul more of His life to him. This King Agrippa is Herod Agrippa II whose great-grandfather Herod butchered the boys in Bethlehem many years before. Paul testifies how ardently he, himself, persecuted the church and relentlessly pursued it to Damascus to arrest the adherents of “the Way”.

Gospel: Luke 8:26-39

New Testament: Acts 26:1-23

Old Testament: Micah 7:1-7
