Psalm: 37
Meditation
Acts: You may have noticed that whenever Paul came to a new town he would first go to the local synagogue (if there were one). I have often wondered why the synagogues first. I had always thought it was because the Jews would know the scriptures and all the allusions Paul would make. Come to find out it had more to do with “being unclean”. Jews were not supposed to interplay (interact) with Gentiles because they would be unclean and if Paul first spoke to them (the Gentiles), the Jews would never have heard him. All very practical.
